Tour Pricing:

Base Rate: ¥30,000 for 3 hours (up to 4 guests)

Additional Hours: ¥5,000/hour

Group sizes over 4: Custom pricing available upon request

Pricing includes guiding and planning services only.

Transportation, meals, entrance fees, and other personal costs are not included.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Stripe (link provided after booking confirmation)

Cash payment on the day (for confirmed same-day bookings)

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: eligible for refund

Refunds processed via PayPal may exclude transfer fees

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not refundable

Pre-paid bookings that include third-party fees (e.g., ticket reservations) may be partially refundable

Product Delivery:
This service is in-person tour guidance, delivered on the scheduled tour date/time as agreed upon with the guest.

Booking Timing:
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are accepted if a guide is available.

Returns/Exchanges:
As this is a service, returns, or exchanges are not applicable. Tour adjustments can be made by request prior to the booked date.
